Position Description

Net Irrigate is looking for ambitious, personable, and proactive Customer Success Managers (CSMs) interested in helping us revolutionize how farms manage their irrigation systems. If you have a drive to get things done and are motivated by performance-based compensation, we want to hear from you. Our Customer Success Managers essentially own the customer relationship; the core functions of the job include:

1) Customer Onboarding – We are a fast-growing SaaS company and we want new customers to realize the value of our products and services as quickly as possible.
2) Account Management – It’ll be the CSMs job to let the customer feel that you are always there to solve problems and escalate issues to the appropriate people for rapid resolution.
3) Subscription Renewals - Each CSM is responsible for preserving at least a $500K annual book of business.
4) Add-On Sales – CSMs will be responsible for increasing the lifetime value of each customer via upsell campaigns.
5) Periodic Check-Ins – our CSMs take proactive steps to determine if customers are unhappy with our products and services or experiencing angst for some other reason.
6) Customer Advocacy – We have plenty of spectacular customer success stories. These need to be shared through a multitude of channels such as social media, trade shows, and case studies.

The ideal Customer Success Manager candidate will possess the following:

• Superior writing, communication, and presentation skills across various forms of media
• Experience in agriculture and/or a related industry
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems such as Salesforce.com, Pipedrive, or HubSpot
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or BigCommerce
• Experience with recurring billing software systems such as Recurly, ChargeBee, or Apptus
• Experience with support ticketing software systems such as ZenDesk, HelpScout, or FreshDesk

Degree Requirements: Four-year college degree (preference for business and communications majors)

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
Benefits: Medical and 401K
Travel: 10% (CSMs will be expected to attend a few trade shows each year to represent our company)
Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer

Pay: $48,000.00 to $62,500.00 per YEAR
